RETURNS

 IF YOU ARE returning an item, please contact us BY SENDING US A MESSAGE OR EMAIL. PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE BY CLICKING ON  “CONTACT US” AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE AND USING THE “SEND US A MESSAGE” FORM ON THAT PAGE, OR EMAIL US BY CLICKING ON “SEND US AN EMAIL”, UNDER “CONTACT US” AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.

Items must be returned in the original saleable condition, and packaging (if applicable), along with the original receipt. We will exchange items received by us within 30 days from the delivered date. an Item can be exchanged for one or more items with a total equal value. When an exchanged ITEM is shipped to the customer, THE shipping cost is charged, but not THE HANDLING FEE.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item in a defective condition, please contact us, as explained above, and describe the issue so it can be reviewed and resolved. Any item(s) in a defective condition will be exchanged and shipped at no cost to the customer.

If returning one or more items from outside of Canada, please DECLARE the following on the customs form: “Indigenous art gift item(s) being returned to the supplier”, in order to avoid any duty and excise taxes – as we will not be able to accept the shipment if there ARE ANY DUTY AND/OR TAXES payable.
